## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb cloud-nativer Systeme im produktiven Umfeld.
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, insbesondere Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, Namespaces und idealerweise Gateway API.
 * Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code, insbesondere Terraform.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Helm für versionierte Releases.
 * Praxis mit GitOps, Pull Requests, Drift Detection und Reconciliation.
 * Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Logging-Stacks wie Prometheus, Grafana, Loki und Alertmanager.
 * Grundverständnis für Kubernetes Security, zum Beispiel RBAC, Network Policies und Container Security.
 * Eine strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Lust, eine Plattform sauber weiterzuentwickeln.
 * Gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1 Niveau), damit Du Dich sicher mit internen Teams, Partnern und Fachbereichen abstimmen kannst.

## Description

* Du betreibst und optimierst unsere KI-Plattform auf Basis von Kubernetes und StackIT.
 * Du sorgst für Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Skalierbarkeit der Plattform.
 * Du automatisierst Infrastruktur und Deployments mit Terraform, Helm und GitOps.
 * Du arbeitest mit Git als zentraler Grundlage für Änderungen, Konfigurationen und Deployments.
 * Du entwickelst unsere Plattform weiter, zum Beispiel bei Ingress, Zertifikaten, Cluster Add-ons und Repository-Strukturen.
 * Du baust Monitoring und Auswertungen mit Prometheus, Grafana, Loki und Alertmanager weiter aus.
 * Du begleitest den Rollout neuer KI-Anwendungen und unterstützt bei technischen Fragen im Betrieb.
 * Du planst Kapazitäten voraus und reagierst strukturiert auf Incidents.
 * Du setzt Security-Vorgaben um, zum Beispiel bei RBAC, Network Policies oder Secrets aus Vault.
