## Description

Projektleitung: Steuerung von SAP EWM-Transformationen (Green-, Blue- und Brownfield), Rollouts und Optimierungen. Verantwortung für Zeitpläne, Budgets, Meilensteine und Ressourcen

Prozessanalyse & Design: Aufnahme von Logistik- und Lageranforderungen, Erstellung von Business Blueprints und Fachkonzepten

Stakeholder-Management & Führung: Fachliche Führung des Projektteams und Koordination von Beratern sowie Key-Usern. Durchführung von Status-Meetings und Risikomanagement

Qualitätssicherung: Begleitung von Systemtests, Cutover-Planung sowie Sicherstellung des Go-Live-Supports
