WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN * Konzeption, Design und Weiterentwicklung der unternehmensweiten Process Management Services * Durchführung von Harmonisierungsprojekten sowie Definition und Durchsetzung globaler Standards * Beratungsleistungen im Bereich Prozessanalyse, Modellierung und Prozessverbesserung * Aktive Mitarbeit in Initiativen und Projekten * Administration, Betrieb und Optimierung der Process Management Services , u.a. SAP Signavio * Incident-, Service-Request- und Problem-Management im 2nd Level, sowie Koordination von 3rd Level Tickets mit Herstellern Diese Stelle kann an den Standorten Berlin, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel und Unterlüß oder ggf. remote besetzt werden. * Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Computer Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Business Process Management und entsprechende Toolerfahrung * Mehrjährige Modellierungserfahrung mit BPMN 2.0 *
