The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service., * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
 * Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
 * Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
 * Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
 * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 * Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others
 * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
 * Monitor and maintain the company's network and servers, ensuring maximum uptime and security
 * Manage user accounts and permissions, including creating and modifying user profiles and access levels
 * Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
 * Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
 * Maintain inventory of hardware and software and assist with procurement as needed
 * Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
 * Train employees on new software and technology as needed
 * Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the company's IT infrastructure
