Du tauschst dich regelmäßig mit anderen Scrum Mastern und dem Scrum of Scrum Master aus, um Methoden, Prozesse und die Team-Effektivität kontinuierlich zu verbessern. ## Deine Persönlichkeit mit Profil - Du studierst (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung und hast mindestens drei Semester deines Bachelorstudiums abgeschlossen.

 - Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, aqua oder Microsoft 365 gesammelt und interessierst dich für agile Softwareentwicklung.
 - Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert und bringst eine analytische Denkweise mit.
 - Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
