## About the Role

3-5+ years of Microsoft Teams engineering experience.

Hands-on experience deploying Microsoft Teams Voice solutions.

Experience migrating organizations from Commercial Microsoft 365 to GCC High/CMMC environments.

Strong experience with Teams Direct Routing and SBC deployments.

Experience supporting AudioCodes SBCs preferred.

Strong PowerShell experience, particularly within Teams Voice environments.

Ability to assess Teams Rooms and enterprise voice environments for migration readiness.

Experience creating technical diagrams and call flow documentation using Visio or Miro.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.

Experience with CMMC compliance initiatives. Aerospace, Defense, DoD, or Federal Government contracting experience.

Experience leading large-scale Teams Voice or telecommunications migrations.

Experience serving as a technical lead on enterprise collaboration projects.

## Description

We are looking for a Microsoft Teams Engineer to lead a large-scale migration from a Commercial Microsoft 365 environment to GCC High (CMMC-compliant). This individual will serve as the primary Teams Voice lead, responsible for assessing the existing environment, designing and deploying the new solution, and guiding the migration into GCC High.
