Do you have experience in Windows?, * 8+ years of software engineering experience.

 * Strong Java development background.
 * Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Hibernate, JPA, and/or Struts.
 * Experience with IBM WebSphere application deployment and support.
 * Experience with enterprise content management, document management, imaging, workflow, or records/content platforms.
 * Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
 * Experience with CI/CD, GitHub or GitLab, automated builds, and release management.
 * Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, application security, and enterprise application support.
 * Ability to lead, mentor, and communicate across technical and business teams.

## Description

* Lead application design, development, testing, and support for enterprise document management systems.
 * Maintain, enhance, and modernize applications connected to IBM FileNet, CMOD, Datacap, and WebSphere.
 * Develop enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Batch, Hibernate, JPA, and Struts.
 * Help create a modernization roadmap for legacy document management and content management platforms.
 * Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and improve engineering best practices.
 * Support application security, vulnerability remediation, compliance reviews, and production issue resolution.
 * Work closely with business teams, vendors, architects, and other technical teams.
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, change management, and production deployments.
