The ideal candidate thrives in team settings, enjoys collaboration and mentoring engineers, and focuses on delivering value and making an impact., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent years of working experience in the field

 * 4+ years of software engineering experience
 * Experience as a software engineer for a product engineering team
 * Experience building APIs with C# and .NET
 * Experience integrating AI into daily routine (crafting prompts, reviewing code, advice)
 * Experience with SQL / Relational Databases
 * Experience interpreting system design
 * Proven track-record of teamwork and delivery

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Experience with CQRS, Event Sourcing, or similar approaches
 * Experience developing event-driven systems leveraging Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar
 * Fintech or Financial services industry experience with working knowledge of financial regulators and their concerns
 * Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) workflows
 * Experience with multiple server-side programming languages
 * Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) or Domain Driven Development
 * Experience with an Event Store DB
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and managing application deployments
 * Experience with scaling systems to millions of users

 * Communicate with team members. Work with Tech Lead, Engineers, Product Manager, and Program Manager to arrive at solutions that produce customer and business value.
 * Develop concise, articulate, and detailed technical documentation
 * Leverage Agile and Lean practices
 * Partner with product on understanding requirements, review technical requirements, and take/implement actionable tasks from the team's board/backlog
 * Build and maintain automated tests (unit and integration), ensuring high code quality
 * Support healthy system operations and ensure high levels of availability are achieved
