## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of Software Engineering experience
 * 10+ years of experience with the System Development Life Cycle
 * 8+ years of software development experience with .NET and/or Microsoft stack development tools
 * 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, including native SQL, stored procedures, functions including optimization
 * 5+ years of experience working with CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops or similar
 * Ability to function as a mentor for junior developers, providing assistance where needed, * Experience in financial services or banking industry
 * Experience with Kubernetes, terraform and Microservices infrastructure
 * Experience with Agile development using Scrum or Kanban
 * Full stack development experience
 * Public Cloud Experience
 * UnitedHealth Group work experience
