## About the Role

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Experience imaging and deploying Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.

 * Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing and asset management.
 * Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting and desktop support.
 * Experience with Microsoft deployment tools such as SCCM, Intune, MDT, or Autopilot is an asset.
 * Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Previous experience in enterprise IT asset management or desktop deployment projects.
 * Knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
 * Experience supporting large-scale Windows upgrade initiatives.

## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Asset Coordinator to support the migration of enterprise computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11. This role is responsible for imaging, configuring, deploying, tracking, and supporting computer assets while ensuring accurate documentation and ticket management through ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PC imaging, hardware setup, asset tracking, and excellent organizational and customer service skills., * Build, image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops for Windows 11 upgrades and new deployments.

 * Perform Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations following company standards and procedures.
 * Install and configure software applications, drivers, updates, and security tools.
 * Maintain accurate asset inventory records and lifecycle tracking using ServiceNow.
 * Create, update, and manage incidents, service requests, and asset records within ServiceNow.
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and imaging issues during deployment activities.
 * Coordinate equipment staging, shipping, receiving, and deployment logistics.
 * Ensure all devices comply with company security and configuration standards.
 * Support end users during device swaps, upgrades, and onboarding activities.
 * Document deployment procedures, inventory updates, and technical issues.
 * Work closely with IT support teams, infrastructure teams, and project managers to meet deployment timelines.
