Experience with LMS platforms including reporting, user support, and system administration. * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and experience working with diverse groups of external stakeholders. * Experience developing, analyzing, and implementing project plans, schedules, and evaluation processes. * Ability to interpret state and federal contract requirements and apply them to program and reporting tasks. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information and communications. * Advanced analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and generate actionable insights. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, and project management applications. This position serves as a primary liaison to county partners and is responsible for the administration, coordination, and maintenance of program-specific systems and reporting processes supporting HFW operations.
