Desired Qualifications: * Experience with tools or platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, or similar technologies. * Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI) * Ability to interact with various layers of leadership * Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills * Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner * Knowledge and understanding of business requirements. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. ## Description Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support the continued evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. This role will help strengthen operational processes, support control execution, analyze data and trends, and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across IAM workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong operational discipline, analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation, and actionable recommendations. This individual should be comfortable working across business, risk, technology, and product teams to support IAM initiatives, improve efficiency, and help drive consistent execution. This role requires someone who can operate independently on assigned workstreams, identify issues and trends, support remediation activities, and contribute to process improvements while escalating risks, blockers, and decisions appropriately.
