This role oversees database architecture, implements backup and disaster recovery strategies, monitors system performance, and ensures compliance with established SLAs, RPOs, and RTOs. They will work closely with IT leadership, developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders. This Individual will also deliver scalable database solutions, resolves complex technical issues, and supports upgrades, migrations, and automation initiatives. Additionally, they will establish best practices, mentor junior DBAs, maintains technical documentation, and drives continuous improvement through the evaluation and adoption of emerging database technologies.
