Preferred Qualifications * Experience administering or supporting GitLab, Teleport, Sonatype Nexus, or similar developer and secure-access platforms. * Experience with financial services, trading platforms, or other highly available and performance-sensitive environments. * Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and incident management practices. * Experience leading major incident response efforts, conducting post-incident reviews, and driving reliability improvements. * Track record of mentoring engineers and influencing technical standards and platform strategy. In this role, you will partner with Developers, Application Management, Information Security, and infrastructure engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing platform solutions. You will be encouraged to lead technical direction, establish standards, drive automation, and serve as a senior escalation point for difficult systems, network, and application performance issues. You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about building and enhancing engineering platforms, enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, and have deep expertise in Linux-based environments, cloud technologies, automation, and platform engineering.
