(travel varies bysupplier priorities and project phase) ## Description You will strengthen the industrial systems of Siemens Energy's global supply base, particularly in high-complexity manufacturing environments. This role focuses on supplier production systems and capability building, not site-based Industrial Engineering support inside a single plant, and not supplier quality work centered on inspections, audits, or corrective action loops. Your work combines structured diagnosis of production systems (capacity, flow, stability, constraints) with targeted improvements and the expectation to translate what works into repeatable methods others can apply. You will operate in a corporate Supplier Development environment, working across business areas and functions, influencing suppliers and internal stakeholders across regions and cultures to drive sustainable improvements beyond individual interventions. How You'll Make an Impact * Diagnose supplier production systems (flow,capacity, constraints, stability) and identify root causes of system-levelgaps. * Drive targeted improvements in throughput, leadtime, and robustness through bottleneck resolution and system-levelcountermeasures. * Strengthen supplier capability through robustoperating routines (system visibility, review cadence, escalation logic,structured problem solving). * Translate enterprise priorities into sequencedsupplier development initiatives with clear baselines and measurable outcomes. * Convert hands-on improvement experience intostandard work, playbooks, and training that enable repeatability across teams. * Operate across business areas in a matrixenvironment, influencing stakeholders and enabling sustained adoption throughtechnical credibility., * Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
