Experience: * 7+ years of experience as a Db2 Database Administrator. * Experience administering Db2 in z/OS and/or LUW environments. * Practical experience deploying, administering, and supporting Db2/Db2U on OpenShift or Kubernetes. * Experience performing database migrations, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and production support. * Experience working collaboratively with application and platform engineering teams. * Experience with enterprise scheduling tools such as CRON and ESP. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred. * Equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience may be considered.
