They will have demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading high-performing teams. In this role, you will manage, mentor, and develop a team of TIPMs while maintaining direct ownership of program delivery. You will lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through scope and schedule creation, budget management, completed design, implementation, commissioning, and data center deployment. Along the way, you will use your judgment, critical thinking skills, ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, eliminate non-value-add activities, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery., We are seeking a Manager, Technical Infrastructure Program Management to lead a team and deliver on end-to-end builds. You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent on your team while working with stakeholder teams to map dependencies, create and drive schedules, and think big to solve some of our biggest challenges. You will set the vision and direction for your team, coach and develop program managers at various career stages, manage performance, and remove barriers to your team's success.
