We are seeking a Manufacturing Integration Specialist to join our OISL Production Engineering team and serve as the critical bridge between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Production Operations. This role owns the end-to-end translation of engineering design intent into production-ready execution - from change validation and production alignment, to custom tooling and fixture design, to new product introduction and continuous improvement. You will ensure that what engineering designs is what production builds - correctly, the first time, every time. As a Manufacturing Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Leo's OISL production line, driving high uptime, throughput, and quality of optical-mechanical-electrical assemblies through proactive change management and production excellence.
