## Description

* Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the onboarding specialists to understand the technical requirements and ensure smooth onboarding of the merchants.
 * Data migration: Own the migration infrastructure to help merchants migrate their subscriptions data from their previous platform to Loop ensuring no data loss and errors.
 * Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
 * Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for common configurations, data migration process and popular troubleshooting for speed resolution.
 * Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure no escalations or issues reported after the merchant is onboarded.
 * Shopify Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of Shopify to better assist merchants in having the custom requirements implemented as per the expectation.
