## About the Role

* 2+ years' hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (customisation, configuration, business process flows)
 * Strong experience with Power Platform, including:
 * Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations)
 * Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions
 * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
 * Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tooling
 * Exposure to financial or professional services environments
 * Interest or experience in using AI tools to improve delivery and productivity

## Description

A growing investment organisation is looking to hire a D365 Developer / Low-Code Engineer to join its Digital Solutions team. This is a feature ownership role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders while delivering end-to-end solutions across the Microsoft stack.

You'll play a key role in designing, building and evolving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, taking ownership from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing improvement., * Own features end-to-end - from requirements gathering through to technical design, build and release

 * Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear specifications and user stories
 * Design and build solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Power Automate
 * Produce clear technical documentation, including solution designs and data models
 * Support integrations with external systems and APIs
 * Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality solutions
 * Contribute to improving ways of working, including the use of AI tools to enhance delivery, * Collaborative, growing team with exposure to modern tooling and practices
 * Strong focus on solution design, stakeholder engagement, and quality delivery
 * Hybrid working with a Cardiff-based office
