A key part of the role will be being able to understand and explain AI clearly. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical colleagues, helping them understand how AI-generated assessments work, where they can be trusted, and where their limitations sit. There will also be occasional supported client exposure, giving you the opportunity to see first-hand how the technology you build is being used.
