## About the Role

* Must be educated to degree level within a relevant field i.e. data, finance, economics, music or similar
 * Previous experience working in a data, reporting, finance operations or administrative environment.
 * Experience within the music industry, royalties or digital media or the ability to demonstrate a real interest in music
 * Exposure to SQL or an interest in developing technical data skills.
 * Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
 * Someone who enjoys working with numbers and investigating anomalies.
 * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
 * A naturally curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

## Description

* Monitor, validate and reconcile large volumes of operational and financial data.
 * Support the processing and quality assurance of reporting and royalty information.
 * Investigate data discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
 * Respond to data-related queries and provide excellent stakeholder support.
 * Assist with system testing, reporting enhancements and new process implementation.
 * Maintain accurate process documentation and data records.
 * Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and smarter ways of working.
 * Help ensure reporting systems remain accurate, reliable and fit for purpose.
