The Manager helps ensure that releases are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality. The Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders, to facilitate smooth and efficient release cycles across weekly, 3-week, and project-based releases. They assist with back-promoting changes across lower-level orgs to help keep all environments in sync. The resource reports to the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect.
