Consulting & Delivery Mindset * A user-focused approach and curiosity about who will use the solution and why it matters. * Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in client-driven, sometimes ambiguous environments. * Willingness to contribute to clear slides and written materials with support and guidance. * A logical, thoughtful approach to problem solving and delivery. * Experience contributing to production systems or live services, with an interest in learning from user feedback. * Attention to detail in code, documentation and naming conventions. * A product mindset, with experience working in Agile teams delivering features and outcomes iteratively ## Description As a Data Engineer at UBDS, you'll work as part of multidisciplinary teams alongside clients, designers, analysts and engineers to deliver modern data solutions. You'll contribute to the design and build of data pipelines, models and analytics products, learning from experienced colleagues and applying best practices along the way.
