## Description

* Du hast produktive Backend-Systeme gebaut und betrieben und warst lange genug dabei, um mit deinen Entscheidungen zu leben.
 * Du denkst standardmäßig in Partial Failure und Eventual Consistency. Retries, Idempotenz und Reconciliation sind für dich Grundannahmen, keine Dinge, die du erst nach dem ersten Incident ergänzt.
 * Du hast gegen APIs gearbeitet, die du nicht kontrolliert hast, und kannst konkrete Geschichten darüber erzählen, was schiefgelaufen ist.
 * Du bist geduldig mit Vendors, egal ob POS-Anbieter oder Model-Provider. Ein echter Teil dieses Jobs läuft nach dem Zeitplan anderer.
 * Du arbeitest mit Agents und bleibst für den Output verantwortlich. Wir bauen täglich mit Claude Code und Cursor. Code zu generieren ist der einfache Teil. Uns ist wichtig, dass du guten Output von nur plausibel aussehendem Output unterscheiden kannst und dass das, was im Repo landet, kohärent und wartbar ist, egal wer oder was es geschrieben hat.
 * Du bist pragmatisch beim Scope: Du weißt, welche Abstraktion sich jetzt lohnt und welche spekulativ ist.
