## About the Role

* 10+ years of proven leadership experience in software engineering, technology or product development, with a strong track record of leading large, distributed and cross-functional engineering organisations.
 * Proven experience leading organisations of 300+ FTE, including multiple management layers, senior engineering leaders and geographically distributed teams.
 * Demonstrated success in delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products at scale, ideally in healthcare or similarly regulated environments.
 * A strong track record of translating business and product strategy into technology strategy, organisational structures and scalable execution models.
 * A university degree in Computer Science or a closely related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is highly desirable and underlines your business and leadership profile.
 * Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, enabling confident communication at executive level with international teams, strategic customers and key stakeholders.
