## Description

* Fachliche Beratung zur Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung agiler Arbeitsweisen sowie SAFe-Prozesse innerhalb von Agile Release Trains (ART)
 * Methodische Vorbereitung, Moderation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von ART-Zeremonien und SAFe-Events, insbesondere PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, Program Board, System Demo und Inspect & Adapt
 * Analyse und Optimierung von ART-Prozessen, Governance-Strukturen, Rollenmodellen und Wertströmen zur Verbesserung von Transparenz, Planbarkeit und Lieferfähigkeit
 * Durchführung der Auflösung von teamübergreifenden Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Impediments innerhalb des ART
 * Fachliche Beratung und Durchführung der Planung, Abstimmung und Nachverfolgung von Epics, Features, PI Objectives und ART Objectives einschließlich Epic-Flow-Prozess
 * Sicherstellung der Anschlussfähigkeit des ART an Portfolio-, Demand- und Governance-Prozesse sowie fachliche Beratung des ART-Trios bei ART-übergreifenden Aufgaben
 * Entwicklung und Optimierung von Kennzahlen, Dashboards sowie Jira-, Agile-Hive- und Reporting-Strukturen zur Transparenz und Nachverfolgung innerhalb des ART
 * Konzeption und Durchführung von Coaching-, Schulungs- und Enablement-Maßnahmen für Product Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Coaches und weitere ART-Rollen
 * Temporäre Übernahme der Rolle des Release Train Engineers einschließlich Sicherstellung eines stabilen ART-Betriebs sowie fachliche Beratung von ART-Trio, Stakeholdern und Fachbereichen
