## About the Role

We?re looking for candidates with a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you have:

 * A Master?s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
 * Solid understanding of digital logic design, hardware architecture and design principles
 * Familiarity with PCB technologies and materials
 * Programming experience (preferably Python)
 * Experience with hardware development tools and design flows (e.g. Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, Altium)
 * Experience with FPGA development, RTL design, or schematic capture is a plus
 * Strong interest in applying AI technologies to enhance design efficiency
 * Experience with AI-assisted development tools, coding assistants, or workflow automation is a plus
 * Proactive, self-driven approach combined with a strong commitment to teamwork
 * Excellent communication skills in English and German
