## About the Role

 * Fähigkeit zur Integration von AI-Systemen in bestehende Architekturen.
 * Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf dem Level C1.
 * Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands: 1-2 Mal im Monat für Workshops und Konferenzen.

## Description

* Anspruchsvolle Projekte mit LLMs, Agentic RAG und AI-Agent-Frameworks wie LangGraph oder OpenAI Agent SDK. Du baust Evaluation-Pipelines und Observability (Logging/Tracing mit LangSmith, Langfuse o. Ä.) auf und arbeitest mit modernem MLOps-Stack und Vector Databases.
 * Du berätst Kunden als vertrauenswürdiger Partner auf Augenhöhe und führst sie strategisch bei der Umsetzung innovativer AI-Vorhaben.
 * In Workshops erarbeitest du gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden die AI-Architektur für die jeweiligen Use Cases, ermittelst die Business-Anforderungen und stellst eine Roadmap auf, die einen schnellen Start mit kurzfristigen Ergebnissen ermöglicht.
 * Mit Begeisterung nutzt du moderne agentische Entwicklungsmethoden, entwickelst mit deinem Team Best Practices und förderst kontinuierlich den Wissenstransfer zu moderne AI-Architekturen, Model Optimization und Enterprise-AI-Integration.
 * Du verfolgst relevante Trends und bringst Inhalte für Whitepaper, Landing Pages, Workshop-Konzepte und AI-Produkte ein, um Kunden für uns zu begeistern.
