## Description

* Als erste Anlaufstelle unterstützt du Anwender bei Fragen und Problemen rund um ihre IT-Arbeitsplätze
 * Du kümmerst dich um die Bereitstellung, Einrichtung und Betreuung von PCs, Laptops, Peripheriegeräten und weiterer IT-Hardware
 * Bei Störungen analysierst du Hard- und Softwareprobleme und findest passende Lösungen - direkt vor Ort
 * Bei Rollouts, Umzügen und Standorteröffnungen sorgst du dafür, dass die technische Ausstattung zuverlässig bereitsteht
 * Auch beim On- und Offboarding unterstützt du bei der Einrichtung bzw. Deaktivierung von Arbeitsplätzen und Zugängen
 * Deine Arbeit hältst du in den entsprechenden Systemen und Dokumentationen nachvollziehbar fest
 * Gefundene Lösungen und wichtige Informationen gibst du an den Service Desk weiter und unterstützt so den gesamten Support
 * Darüber hinaus wirkst du bei technischen Maßnahmen mit, die einen reibungslosen IT-Betrieb sicherstellen
