## About the Role

* Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im IT Service Management gesammelt.
 * Mit ITILv4-Prozessen, ITSM-Tools sowie IT-Infrastrukturen rund um Clients, Netzwerke, Server und Cloud-Technologien kennst du dich bestens aus. Erfahrungen im Provider Management bringst du ebenfalls mit.
 * Du kommunizierst souverän mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und kannst auch komplexe technische Themen verständlich vermitteln.
 * Deutsch beherrschst du verhandlungssicher auf C1-Niveau, Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
 * Auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen arbeitest du zuverlässig und bringst die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am 24/7-On-Demand-Call-Support mit.
 * Kenntnisse im Outsourcing-, Vertrags- und Lieferantenmanagement sowie im IT-Asset-Management und Einkauf sind ein Plus.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Sicherstellung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Services.
 * Die Umsetzung und Optimierung unserer ITILv4-Prozesse, insbesondere in den Bereichen Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change und Release Management, gestaltest du aktiv mit.
 * Externe Dienstleister koordinierst und steuerst du wirtschaftlich und zielorientiert und sorgst dabei für ein effektives Provider-Management.
 * Mit deinem Engagement stellst du eine hohe Servicequalität sicher und erstellst aussagekräftige Reports für unterschiedliche Stakeholder-Ebenen.
 * Als zentrale Ansprechperson berätst du unsere Fachbereiche zu IT-Service-Themen und arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit internen sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
 * Darüber hinaus bringst du dich aktiv in das IT-Asset-Management sowie in Beschaffungs- und Einkaufsprozesse im IT-Umfeld ein.
 * Die Teilnahme am 24/7 On-Demand Call Support rundet dein vielseitiges Aufgabenprofil ab.
