## Description

* Betreuung und Wartung der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmen
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Optimierung neuer Technologien und Software
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie technische Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und der Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Anleitungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zur Ermittlung von IT-Anforderungen
 * Durchführung von Schulungen für Mitarbeitende im Umgang mit IT-Systemen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs in der Produktionsumgebung
