 * An excellent communicator - able to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders both throughout TSB and externally e.g. third party suppliers
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about alternative solutions/options

 * Experience of working in a demanding environment with critical deadlines and balancing a mix of priorities

## Description

* Producing high quality requirements and other BA deliverables to support changes through their delivery lifecycle.
 * Working closely with the business to understand their needs and business problems so that you can elicit, analyse, define and communicate requirements for changes to our systems that support our strategy, objectives and regulations.
 * Managing changes that could range from large scale IT solutions to customer journey changes, to regulatory gap analysis and policy changes.
 * Demonstrating the end-to-end journey, impacts, benefits and risks in their solutions and proposals.
