Key Focus Areas
Data Governance: Establish data quality rules, stewardship models, lineage, and metadata catalogues (e.g., Purview, Collibra).
AI Assurance: Validate training data, define model testing/acceptance criteria, and set up drift monitoring and risk controls.
Advisory & Delivery: Lead client workshops, build operating models, and produce clear governance artefacts aligned to SFIA 4 standards.
