Nice to have * Experience working within a large, multi-site organisation. * Exposure to other HRIS platforms or enterprise software. * Awareness of wider IT architecture and cloud-based integration methods. * Involvement in setting or influencing systems strategy. * Relevant technical or Workday certifications. ## Description My client is looking for a Workday Integration & Systems Lead to take responsibility for the technical set-up and integration environment of their HR platform. This role sits at the heart of their People Technology function, ensuring all data flows and connected systems work seamlessly, performance is consistently high, and new functionality is implemented without disruption. The successful applicant will be the primary technical contact for the platform, combining deep hands-on expertise with the ability to plan ahead for future enhancements and evolving business needs.
