The role will see you working across a variety of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation programmes for enterprise clients, with projects spanning industries including manufacturing, retail, life sciences and professional services. Rather than supporting a single customer, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple project engagements, giving you exposure to a broad range of HR transformation initiatives. The team is currently delivering a mixture of new SuccessFactors implementations, global template rollouts and optimisation projects, with a strong pipeline of work already secured for the next 18 months. The role As part of the SuccessFactors practice, you'll work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality SAP HCM cloud solutions from initial workshops through to go-live and post-implementation support.
