## About the Role

* Strong, recent experience as a Service / IT Change Manager
 * Proven ability to manage high volumes of change in complex environments
 * Solid understanding of ITIL Change Management, ideally ITIL certified
 * Experience working in Agile delivery environments
 * Confident stakeholder management across multiple suppliers and technical teams
 * Background in projects and release management
 * Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
 * Previous experience in large, enterprise-scale organisations, * Immediate impact role within a complex technology landscape
 * High-visibility engagement with senior stakeholders
 * Well-structured Change function with strong governance

## Description

TRIA Recruitment is working with a large, complex enterprise organisation to secure an experienced Service Change Manager for an initial 9-month contract. This role sits at the heart of a high-volume change environment, supporting critical technology services while enabling fast-moving delivery., You'll be responsible for overseeing and governing technology change across a complex IT estate, ensuring that change is assessed, prioritised, and scheduled effectively with minimal disruption to live services. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement across suppliers, internal delivery teams, and project functions., * Review and assess technology changes to minimise risk to operational IT services

 * Chair Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and emergency CABs (eCABs)
 * Own and maintain the forward schedule of change across services and suppliers
 * Identify and drive resolution of estate-wide change conflicts
 * Engage with project and platform teams to understand release cadence and service impact
 * Ensure Change Management processes are executed effectively by suppliers and internal teams
 * Produce MI and supplier performance reporting
