We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a bias for action. In this role, you will support the Product Performance Team and will be responsible for the reporting of and management of reliability data on Collins Aerospace components. This will be an integral member of the team, responsible for coordinating the flow of data from our Suppliers. We are looking for strong communication skills, attention to details, understanding of data management, and experience using MS Excel. This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered., * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience * Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written). * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract., * Customer facing aerospace industry experience and working knowledge of aerospace product reliability data and calculations is a plus * Experience navigating competing priorities, achieving the highest level of engagement, and delivering successful outcomes in critical situations * Experience with lean principles (Six Sigma, CORE, ACE) and implementation of process controls for delivery and quality * Knowledge/Experience in Agile methodologies * Strong communication skills and attention to details * Experience with data management in MS Excel * Knowledge in visualization tools * Knowledge of Database and SQL * Life Cycle Management experience ## Description This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.
