## Description

* Provide first-tier helpdesk support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
 * Manage and prioritize helpdesk ticket queues, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record-keeping.
 * Create and process purchase orders for IT equipment, software, and services, coordinating with vendors for delivery and invoicing.
 * Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting manuals., * Gain valuable experience in IT support and coordination.
 * Collaborate with a diverse and talented team.
 * Develop your technical skills and knowledge.
 * Contribute to the smooth operation of vital IT services.
