Minimum Qualifications/Experience: · 4 years of information technology support service required. · 3 years of experience supporting D365 CRM, D365 F&O and/or PowerPlatform environment required. · Financial services or banking industry experience preferred. Formal Education & Certification: · Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field preferred; or an equivalent amount of related experience. · Industry recognized certification in Microsoft Dynamics and/or Power Platform preferred. Work Status: · Full-Time. ## Description The Microsoft Business Applications Administrator is responsible for providing technical administration support for all Microsoft Business Applications. This includes but is not limited to D365 CRM, D365 F&O and PowerPlatform., Key Responsibilities: · Performs day-to-day operational administration, support, maintenance, and implementation of all Microsoft Business Applications. · Provides support by researching and resolving incidents, problem tickets and vulnerabilities; follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
