must be US-based [26,30] Preferred Certifications: * SAFe Architect (ARCH) * SAFe Agile Product and Solution Management (APSM) * SAFe PO/PM * SAFe Agilist (SA) * TOGAF * COBIT * Red Hat Certified Engineer or Specialist in Cloud-Native Applications ## Description * Lead engineering teams in the design, development, configuration, testing, and deployment of product builds on a continuous basis (sprint cycles range from 2 weeks to 3 months) * Develop and deliver automated build and automated publishing capabilities to support continuous integration for every sprint using VA TRM-approved tools (GitHub, Jira, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) * Oversee build planning, sprint planning, and sprint execution;
