## About the Role

* Certified Scrum Master certification.
 * Knowledge and experience with Lean/Agile/Traditional methodologies.
 * Proficiency with toolsets such as Atlassian suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
 * Strong leadership behaviours, capable of managing 2 Scrum teams of low to medium complexity.
 * Effective communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
 * Understanding and experience of using appropriate metrics for monitoring team performance., * PSM1/CSM Qualifications or relevant experience (desirable).
 * APM qualification or similar (desirable).

## Description

* Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to refine and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
 * Remove impediments to keep the development team focused and productive, guiding them to solutions when necessary.
 * Utilise data to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
 * Assess and coach the team towards higher levels of Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
 * Foster a trusting and psychologically safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame.
