* Practical experience in IT support / system administration (3+ years).
 * Knowledge of network infrastructure fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
 * Experience working with ServiceDesk systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
 * Skills in maintaining office hardware (laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, video conferencing systems).
 * Basic skills in budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier relations.
 * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
 * Good communication skills, responsibility, and systemic thinking.

## Description

* Ensuring uninterrupted operation of office equipment (PCs, users' laptops (Windows 11, MacOS), peripheral devices, meeting rooms, office hardware) and employee software.
 * Conducting onboarding and offboarding. Preparation/replacement of equipment, setting up workplaces.
 * Processing requests in ServiceDesk and resolving incidents.
 * Maintaining IT asset inventory, updating configurations, and ensuring the availability of backup equipment.
 * Planning and coordinating technical maintenance, updates, and local projects.
 * Interacting with service centers, internet service providers (ISPs), suppliers, and contractors.
 * Budgeting, procurement planning, and supplier management.
 * Participating in the implementation of corporate IT standards and policies.
 * Aligning and coordinating technical solutions and processes.
