This role sits at the intersection of employee experience, security, and infrastructure - ensuring our team has reliable, secure, and thoughtfully designed technology workflows from onboarding through day-to-day operations. You'll own a broad area across endpoint management, SaaS administration, identity and access management, security operations, and internal support. We're looking for someone who is deeply hands-on, highly organized, and motivated by reducing friction at scale. The right person for this role doesn't just fix problems - they improve the systems underneath them. As Pelago continues to grow, you'll help modernize and evolve our IT operations environment through automation, process improvement, and strong operational judgment in a regulated healthcare setting. This is a hybrid role with a high-collaboration rhythm (3 days/week in our NYC office).
