You will play a key role in shaping the organisation's data strategy, enhancing reporting capability and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and business performance., Business Intelligence & Data * Develop and deliver the BI strategy, roadmap and reporting standards. * Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models. * Develop and maintain Azure SQL data warehouse environments and reporting datasets. * Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights. * Improve data quality, governance, documentation and reporting accuracy. * Automate reporting processes and optimise data models, SQL performance and reporting efficiency. * Champion best practice across data, reporting and analytics. AI, Automation & Innovation * Support the development and execution of the organisation's AI and automation strategy. * Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve productivity through technology. * Deliver practical AI-driven and automation initiatives that create measurable business value. * Work with internal teams and external partners to implement innovative solutions. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
