## Description

As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll design, build, and ship LLM-powered systems that solve real customer problems. You'll work across the full lifecycle from early research and prototyping to production deployment and evaluation.

You'll be comfortable switching between high-level system design and low-level debugging, whether that's tuning an evaluation framework, scaling async workflows, or understanding why an agent behaved unexpectedly in production.

What You'll Do

 * Design and implement LLM-based systems and agentic workflows
 * Build and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure and improve model performance
 * Develop scalable, asynchronous systems for AI orchestration
 * Work on RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, and production LLM workflows
 * Collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product teams
 * Contribute to AI strategy and long-term technical direction
