## Description

We're looking for a proactive IT Systems Coordinator to join a fast-paced, multi-site environment where IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role supporting everything from user support and infrastructure to ERP and operational systems across production, warehousing, and office teams.

What you'll be doing:

 * Providing 1st & 2nd line IT support across the business
 * Supporting ERP, warehouse, and operational systems
 * Maintaining hardware, networks, and user environments
 * Troubleshooting issues on-site (including shop-floor tech, scanners, printers)
 * Coordinating with suppliers and managing IT assets
 * Assisting with system upgrades, improvements, and ongoing projects
