## About the Role

* CCNP-level skills with a current professional-level certification (essential).
 * Strong enterprise networking background (routing & switching).
 * Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba switching.
 * SD-WAN experience (vendor-agnostic accepted).
 * Ability to operate confidently in a 3rd line support capacity.
 * Eligible for SC Clearance (or already SC cleared).

## Description

* Act as a 3rd line escalation point for complex network incidents and problems.
 * Troubleshoot advanced issues across LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments.
 * Support and optimise HPE Aruba switching estates.
 * Work with Fortinet SD-WAN and Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN platforms.
 * Collaborate with design and project teams on network improvements and changes.
 * Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes, not just workarounds.
 * Maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
 * Support secure network operations within regulated and sensitive environments.
