Experience with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Azure, is essential, along with strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of GDPR and data governance principles. Experience within the property, surveying, or real estate sector would be highly advantageous., * Strong experience in data management or data operations * Hands-on experience with ETL and data integration tools/workflows * Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets * Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS * Experience working within Azure cloud environments * Knowledge of data warehousing, APIs, and enterprise system integrations * Experience troubleshooting data, integration, and reporting issues * Understanding of data governance, GDPR, and data security principles * Experience with enterprise reporting platforms and reporting tools * Vendor management and SaaS contract management experience * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams ## Description This is a hybrid role combining hands-on technical data management with commercial oversight of data suppliers, SaaS platforms, and licensing agreements.
