## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience building HTML emails (intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS required)
 * Previous experience with Bloomreach Engage or similar ESPs (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, etc.)
 * Familiarity with setting up and managing campaign scenarios
 * Able to take briefs and work independently, while keeping stakeholders informed
 * Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot rendering issues across clients
 * Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills

## Description

* Build and execute marketing emails from supplied briefs using HTML templates
 * Own email builds from intake through to delivery, including QA and scenario setup in Bloomreach Engage (Exponea)
 * Liaise with the CRM Manager and Brand Lead to gather requirements and ensure content is accurate and brand-aligned
 * Monitor email performance, report on key delivery metrics, and provide insights back to the team
 * Assist with setting up automated scenarios and basic audience segmentation
 * Support weekly campaign volumes (approx. 4 emails per week per brand)
 * Make technical recommendations to improve template performance, render, and deliverability
